Stand with enemy. After 3 swings of his staff, wait for half a second before doing his 1st D > J, then u can continue doing D > J for 4 more times. After which, u press A and the enemy will be blasted off to a distance. Then u can use D > A to injure him more. This combo has some cheat components, but it still can be used.

   + Run + + Run + + .....

John is the 2nd most fastest runner among all Heroes. So he can run away from an enemy very quickly. As he run, u can use D ^ A to chase off the enemy.
