After 2 punches, do a skull blast to the enemy. Press D > A D to allow only 1 blast to come out. Continue doing D > A D until enemy is killed.

Do this move near the wall. Stand in a position in which u r facing him and he is near the wall. After punching 2 times, do D ^ J to blast the enemy up into the air. As he is near the wall, the enemy wouldn't be hit far away because there r limited space near the wall. Continue D ^ J until enemy dies. As D ^ J is unblockable and since the enemy is near the wall, it is very hard to avoid. Julian's D ^ J looks like firing nuclear weapons on an enemy, so this is known as "Nuclear Warfare".
